Yes, the path to freedom is very long. Thank you for your story and just showing up for seeing how your own internalized racism and fears manifest and being not of them. Ah, that is the trick. It helped me so long ago in Montana in the 70's to do Co-councelling where one of their premises is that we have internalized... whatever, homophobia, racism etc even when we are part of that group. And shedding those onion layers along w/ personal hurts makes us all the more whole human being that we can be...yes, the path to freedom is very long and that is a good thing.

Well said, Jordan. Even if hard things sound awkward, they need to be said for healing to occur. Your story gives those who read it more insight into their own views and awareness. I liked your honesty. Thank you.

Jordan, your shining soul comes through your beautiful words. Thank you. I am again very grateful I was able to come to your clinic last year. I have left Reno and am back in my hometown of Harrisburg, PA. There is acupuncture here and, I think, even a community place, but right now I don't have transportation to check it out. My health has greatly improved, after having blood clots in my lungs this past July. I believe the mold and dampness has left my body, finally, after spending 5 months in the desert, though. I am now able to walk a couple miles at a time and have even taken up riding a bicycle again! Much continued success to Communi Chi and my best to you and your family, Anne
